In the name of God Amen. I Edward ONEEL being weak and sick of body, but of sound and disposing mind and memory and calling to mind the uncertainty of human life and that it is appointed for man to die, do make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz.
Imprimis. I lend to my Wife Dinah ONEEL my land and all that I possess within doors and without during her natural life or widowhood.
Item. And after the death or marriage of my Dinah ONEEL, I give and bequeath to my Daughter Henretta ONEEL my land and all I possess within doors and without as afsd. to her and heirs forever.
Lastly. I hereby constitute appoint and ordain my trusty friend Abel JONES whole executor to this my Last Will and Testament.

This Last Will and Testament of Edward ONEEL was exhibited and proved in open Court in due form of law by the oath of Hosea BALL subscribing witness thereto and ordered recorded. And at the same time Abel JONES the executor thereto came into open Court and qualified in due form of law and ordered that letters testamentary issue
