In the name of God Amen, I William ONEEL of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina, being weak of body but of Sound disposing mind and memory blessed be the Almighty God for it, calling to mind the non certainty of this life & it being once appointed for all people to die, do make and ordain this instrument of wrighting to contain my Last Will and Testament disanulling & revoking all other wills & testaments heretofore maid by me either by word or wrighting and this only to be taken as my Last Will & Testament.

First that is to say, I recomend my soul to Almighty God that gave and my body to be decently buried in a Christian like manner in a place where it shall please my execcutors hereafter named and as to what worldly estate it hath been pleasd God to bestow me fare above my desarts I give and dispose in manner and form as followeth

First my will and desire is that all my just debts and funeral charges should be first paid in convenient time after my decease my will and desire that my loving Daughter Lisha MIDGETT should have ninety dollars to be raised of my estate to her and her heirs forever.

Item I give to my Daughter Mary ONEEL ninety dollars to be raised of out of my estate to her and her heirs.

Item I give unto Daughter Bethany MIDGETT ninety dollars to be raised out of my estate to her and her heirs.

Item I give unto my Daughter Angelico FARROW ninety dollars to be raised out of my estate to her and her heirs.

Item I give unto my Grand Son James GAMEWELL twenty dollars to be raised out of my estate.

Item I give all my land and the remainder of my moveable estate unto my three Sons William ONEEL & Henry ONEEL & Ivey ONEEL to them and their heirs forever.

I also constitute and appoint my friend John CLARK & my Son in Law Edward FARROW my whole and sole executors to this my Last Will and Testament to settle my business according to this my Last Will and Testament as the law shall require. As witness my hand and seal this ninth day of May in the year of our Lord Anno Domini 1798.
