In the name of God Amen this twenty seventh day of may in the _______ Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty I Mary PARKER widow of ________ Currituck County being of perfect mind and memory, Thanks be given ____________ therefore calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that ________ for all persons once to die do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament that is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul into ___ ____ of God that gave it and for my body I recommend to the earth to be buried __ _ Christian like and decent manner at the descretion of my executors ______ but at the general resurrection I shall receive the same again _________ mighty power of God and as touching such worldly estate whereas it hath pleased God to Bless me in this life. I give devise and dispose of _____ ________in the following manner and form.

Imprimis: I give and bequeath my _____ William HARRISS all my plantations houses and outhouses where __ __ dwell at and near the court-house forever with two feather beds and two sheets one rug two iron pots one large and one smaller five plates seven pewter plates two stock of bees one cow and calf fire tongs one pair pot tronemels and my chest.

Item: I give and be______ to my Daughter Sarah CHITTIM two spinning wheels and ________ wearing apparrel forever.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Gran______ter Sarah CHITTIM one cow and one small pot and one stock of bees.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Grandson James CHITTIM one cow and her increase and one stock of bees.

Item: I also farther give and beq_____ to my Grandson William HARRISS two stocks of bees and with all the _________ of my estate forever.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Grand Daughter _______ CHITTIM one stock of bees forever.

And I likewise constitute ______ Hugh MOORCROFT and Evan JONES Executors to this my Last Will and Test_____ and hereby revoking all former or other Wills by me at my _____ _____ ratefying and confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testa____ In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal the day above written.
