     Then appeared Edward COX & Elijah COX & Joanah FEREBEE & Meriam FEREBEE all of the County & Province also being present at the House of Peter PARKER late of the County afsd in the Time of his Life vizt About the Middle of the Night Before his Departure Being the 23th or 24th Day of Aprel in the year of our Lord 1750.
    The afsd Peter PARKER Being in his proper Sences & of Sound Memory finding himself to be in a week & Lowe Estate of Helth & Looking at the uncertainty of Life not having the Oppertunity of Makeing a will in form ye Time being past.  Therefore in the Hearing of the afsd Edward COX & Elijah COX & Joanah FEREBEE & Meriam FEREBEE Saith & further Deposed that his well Beloved wife Jemima PARKER Should have all & Singular his Worldly Estate Both Reyal & Movable after Pay his Lawful Debts being paid for to Rais & Keep his Small Children upon without any fraud or Disturbance Whatsoever & further these Deponants Saith Not.

Present His Majesties Justices
     These May Certifie that Edward COX & Elijah COX two of the Subscribing Evidences to the within Will Came into open Court & Made Oath on the Holy Evangelists that they were present at the House of the within Named Peter PARKER at the Time of his death & that some time before his Death being in his proper Sences & of a Disposing Memory he Desired these Deponants together with the Other Subscribing Evidence Joanah FERBY to take Notice that what is here within Contained was his Will, which he Desired they Might as Soon as possible after his Death have Committed to Writing which they did, & Swore to the Same on the Twenty Fifth day of April, as within is Certified before Stephen WILLIAMS Esqr one of the Justices of the County afd who Also in Open Court Deposed that they did so Depose & Subscribe the Same in his presence & Then Also appeared Jemima PARKER Widow to the Deceased & prayed to have Administration on the said Will which was Granted & She took the Executors Oath in due form of Law.  Ordered that the within Named Honble Nathl RICE Esqr Secretery of ye sd province have Notice thereof that Leters Issue thereon as the Law Directs Security being given in the County Court.
