Last Will and Testament of Peter PARKER
29th day of November 1869
In the name of God Amen. I Peter PARKER of the county and state aforesaid, being of Sound mind and disposing memory do make this and no other my last will and testament in manner and form as follows
Item: I give and bequeath unto my children, James and Civility and to the children of my daughter Amanda BALLANCE viz.Isaac BALLANCE, Charlie BALLANCE, Levin BALLANCE, Vernon BALLANCE and Utility BALLANCE all my chattel property to be equally divided between them, that is say one share to James one share, Civility one share, one share to the children of Amanda BALLANCE above named. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this the 29th day of November 1869.
