Be it known that C—eb PARR departed this life on Friday the 27th day of November 1807 and on his death bed called on we the subscribers as witnesses to bear witness that he willed and desired that his Wife Mary PARR should have all his estate dureing her natural life that there should be no sale unless such property as she could spare that she should pay his debts and raise his children and that after her death the estate should be equally divided amongst all his children and there should be no waste of his estate.
Signed and sworn to the 28th day of November 1807 before us
