The Last will and Testament of Thaney PARR dec'd. was Exhibited in open Court at Feby Term 1832 and proven by the oath of W. WILKINS a witness thereto & ordered Recorded.
In the name of God Amen. I Thaney PARR of the County of Currituck & State of North Carolina being in a state common helth but well advanced in years & of sound mind & memory do make and ordain this my last will & testament in manner & form following Viz.
Item I give and bequeath unto David PARR one feather bed & furnature the first chos one mare and all the hogs.
Item I give and bequeath unto Ivey PARR son of Peter PARR one colt and all the remain part of my estate to be equally divided between the rest of Peter PARRs children in witness whereof I have hearunto set my hand and seal this the 29th day of September in the year of our Lord 1829.
