Currituck County Wills
In the name of God Amen, I Cuniff POWERS of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina being sick and weake of body but of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say,
After my just debts and funeral charges are paid ---
I give and bequeath to my loving and beloved Wife Elizabeth POWERS my whole estate within doors and without boath real and personal of what kind soever it may be to her and her heirs forever.
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Wife Elizabeth POWERS executrix of this my Last Will and Testament revoking and disannulling all wills heretofore my me made ratifying and confirming this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I do sign seal publish and declare this to be my Last Will this fifteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety six.
