The Last Will and Testament of Dinah POYNER was exhibited and proved at February Term 1830.
February the First day Eighteen Hundred and Thirty, In the name of God Amen, I Dinah POYNER being very sick and weak but in perfect mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is once appointed for all to dy as it has pleased God to endow me with my worldly good I dispose of in the following manner:
First of all I give unto Readian SAWYER all my lands.
Item: I give unto Ann POYNER One Third of my moveable estate and the other Two Thirds to Readin SAWYER Ecknowledge this to be my Last Will and Testament asined with my hand

This Last Will & Testament of Dina POYNER dec’d was exhibited and proved in open court by the oaths of D. BALLANCE and Trimigan TAYLOR subscribing witnesses ordered Recorded Where Letters of a admenistration with the will annexed was granted to Trimagan TAYLOR who qualified and ????? in due form of Law.
