In the name of God Amen. I Marey PURDY of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina do make and ordane this my Last Will and Testament beaing of sound mind but weak in body in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six feabruarey 24.
Item. After my just debts is paid and funeral expenses I give all of my property to Guarrison AUSTIN both in dores and out, to him and his eairs foreaver I also anominate and appoint Benjamin WATERFIELDS SENR. My whole and exetor as witness my hand and seal this the day and date above written.

When Joel CAPPS came into open Court and qualified and bonded as administrator with the Will annexed of Mary PURDY decd ordered that letters of admin. Issue.
