In the name of God Amen, I being and am of the for said County and planter being in good sences and straight of memery and of soun disposening mind but low in a stat of halth and feeling my self declining noing ear long I must go to my mother earth froin whence I came and holding som worlday estate which it has pleasd God to bee stoe me with which I wish to dispose of before I go hence and am no more an I doe constitute ordain and mak this to bee my Last Will and Testment revoking all others and first I resene my sole to allmitey God who give it to me and my boday to bee buried in the dust from whance it came and as for my worlday goods I dispose of in maner as folers first my will and disar is for all my just debts to bee paid as quick as posabel I then give and bequeth to my bloved Wife AMEY SIKES all my porsonal property estat for ever and I do hearfore constitute and appoint my blovd Wife AMEY SIKES my hole and sole exetor to this my Last Will and Testment ordaing and apointing of hor and no other to this my Last Will and Testment in witness whear of I heve hear unto set my hand and seal this the 28 day of febuary 18010(sic)
