The last Will and Testament of Charlotte SIMMONS deceased.  Exhibited at Novem^r Term 1838 and duly proved by the oath of Angeloca POOL Jurat in due form and ordered Recorded.

In the name of God amen.  I Charlotte SIMMONS being Sick but in sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.

First I Give unto my Grand daughter Emaline DUNTON one folding leaf Table and one Bed and furniture.

Item I Give to my Grand daughter Mary DUNTON Bead and furniture and one chest.  Also I Give unto my Grand son Edmund DUNTON my cattle and all the rest of my moveable property.  This being my last Will & Testament.  Signed in the presence of us
