The last Will and Testament of Charlotte SIMMONS deceased. Exhibited at Novemr Term 1838 and duly proved by the oath of Angeloca POOL Jurat in due form and ordered Recorded.
In the name of God amen. I Charlotte SIMMONS being Sick but in sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.First I Give unto my Grand daughter Emaline DUNTON one folding leaf Table and one Bed and furniture.
Item I Give to my Grand daughter Mary DUNTON Bead and furniture and one chest. Also I Give unto my Grand son Edmund DUNTON my cattle and all the rest of my moveable property. This being my last Will & Testament. Signed in the presence of us
