Currituck County Wills
In the name of God, Amen. I John SIMMONS being in perfect mind and memory, thanks be to God for it, do this 28th day of February 1811 make and publish this my Last Will and testament in manner following, that is to say.
Item: I give and bequeath unto Sister Charlotte SIMMONS that piece of land binding on Andrew DUKE and John FISHER to she and her heirs forever.
And all the rest of my property to be equally divided between my Mother and own? Sisters and Brothers. And I hereby make and ordain my brother Thoms SIMMONS executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said John SIMMONS have to set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
