In the name of God Amen. I Nancy SLACK of the County of Currituck do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows.1st. I give and bequath unto my Sister in Law Sarah SLACK and Elizabeth S. WILSON Daughter of Patsey R. WILSON my clothes to be equally divided between them.
2ndly I give and bequath unto my Nephew Josiah SLACK all of my cattle for ever.
3rdly I give and bequath unto my friend Jos. J. BALLENTINE all my money, notes and every other article of my property belonging to me what ever after he has paid my just debts out of the same forever. I also appoint Jos. J. BALLENTINE executor to this my Last Will and Testament in witness where of I here unto set my hand and seal.
