The last will and testament of Joseph TATUM dec'd was Exhibited in open Court at Feby Term 1832 and proven by the oath of M. BUNNEL a witness thereto & ordered Recorded.
In the name of God amen. I Joseph TATUM being of sound and purfect mind an memory blessed be to God this 15th day of Junery and in the yer of our Lord 1832 I make this my last will in testament in amen of form as follows that is to say.
First after paying my debts I lend all of my property to Peggy TATUM my beloved wife hur life time all with in dores and with owte dors land hogs horses catel negro woman Mary after hur deth I give the land to Washurton UMPHERY and the negro woman Mary to Melisey McCLANNEL and the movvelebell property to be eqel divided betwitches Washington UMPHERY and Melissey McCLANNEL My beloved wife Pagey TATUM exeuter.
