In the name of God Amen, I Even THOMPSON being in a low state of helth, but of a sound disposing mind and memory Thanks be to Almighty God for it, as it is appointed for all men to dye, I make and ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form followingFirst I recommend my soul to Almighty God who give it it and my body to be buried at the descretion of my exectors hereafter mentioned
First I give to Sarah GARROT Daughter of John GARROT one bed and furneture to be delivered to her at the age of eighteen years.
I lend to my beloved Wife Mary THOMPSON the land and plantation where I now live during her naturell life after her desease I give the said land and plantation to Even THOMPSON Son of John THOMPSON to him and his heirs forever.
I lend to my Wife Mary all the remainder of my estate within and without doors during her naturell life, after her desease to be equelly divideed between Loves THOMPSON, Daughter of John THOMPSON, Sarah GARROT Daughter of John GARROT and Mary PERKINS Daughter of John PERKINS.
I constitute and appointed my beloved Wife Mary THOMPSON and James PHILLIPS my whole exeters of this my Last Will and Testament disanulling and revoking all other wills whatesoever, given under my hand and [seal this 7 March 1792].
