In the name of God amen - I Matthias TOLAR, SEN. of Powells Point being in my perfect senses and short of Memory do make and ordain this Instrument of writing to be and constitute My Last will and Testament.  First I recommend that all my just debts be paid and the remaining of my estate given and disposed on in manner and form following.

First I give to my wife Sarah TOLER all my Land and all my stock, horses and cattle and sheep and all my Household furniture to my disposal forever in doors and out doors.

Signed Sealed and delivered in presence on this 25^th day of April 1807.
