State of NC

In the name of God, Amen. I Sarah TOLER of the Currituck County. In said county being in reasonable health at present, thanks be to God for the same and of a sound mind and memory, but calling to mind it is appointed for man once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and Testament, in manner and form,

First of all I desire that all my just debts be paid out of my estate.

Item. I give and bequeath unto Caleb TOLER my grandson, feather bed and furniture.

Item. I give unto the deacons of Powells Point baptist church twenty dollars to be laid out by them for the support of the Ministry to be raised out my estate.

Item. I give unto Matthias TOLER my grandson twenty dollars to be laid out on schooling of said child.

Item. I give unto Matthias DAVIS my grandson, one cow and calf.

Item. My will and desire if that all my property that I have not already given away be sold by my executor, and after my just debts is
paid all the remainder part of the money to be equally divided amongst all my children, to wit James TOLER, Sally CHAPLIN,
and Polly ETHERIDGE and last of all I make and appoint my friend, Simeon SAWYER my executor to this my last will and Testament. In witness thereof I have this day set my hand and affixed my seal this February 22nd day1814.
