In the name of God Amen I James TOWERSON of ye County aforesaid Planter being at present praise be God in good health both in body & mind doe ordain this to be my last will & testament.
Imprimis. I doe bequeath my soul to God Almighty & my saviour Jesus Christ & my body to ye Ground from whence I was taken.
Secondly I doe bequeath all my lands cattells and goods whatsoever belongeth unto me to Thomas JARVIS of the county aforesaide and I doe appoint ye said Thomas JARV_S to be ye Executor of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifth day of August in the year of our Lord God 1675.
