This day before us Thomas JARVES and Spence HALL two of the Justices of the Peace for the County afsd. Personally appeared Asa WALKER and Spencer WALKER and made oath on the holy evengelest that John WALKER late of this County dec. the eighth of Feb. 1793 and on his death bed the day before he dec. being in his perfect senses and sound memory did in the presents of the said Asa WALKER and Spencer WALKER who was called as witnesses by the dec. make publish and declare a nuncupative will in words and manner following.
Imprimis he give all his meat and fat to his Wife Sarah WALKER and he desired that all the residue of his estate should be sold at publick sale and his just debts paid-- and the remainder of his estate that was left after paying his debts to be disposed of in manner following, first he desired that three barrells of corn might be bought and given to his Wife Sarah WALKER, and the remainder to be equelly divided between his sd. Wife and his two children Kezia and Sarah WALKER and desired that Thomas WALKER should setle his estate, the above was proved and subscribed by the witnesses before us this 23 day of February 1793---- and the Widow was examined if she had any objection and she declared she had none.

The above noncupative will was exhibited to May term 1793 and admited and proved agreeable to law in such case made and provided, Recorded and examined the 24th day of June 1793
