Currituck County Wills
In the name of God Amen, I Samuel WALKER, of Currituck County and State of North Carolina, being in my perfect senses and strength of memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament, first recommending my sole to God who gave it to me and my body to be buried at the decretion of my executor hereafter mentioned.
First I recomend that all just debts be punctually paid and the remainder of my estate I give and bequeath in manner following---
I give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Mary all my estate in dorse and out dorse for ever
I doe now apoint my Wife and John MALLOY my whole and sole executors to this my Last Will and Testament I witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and sele and published pronounced and delivered this to bee my Last Will and Testament this 19th day of February in the year of our Lord 1795.
