The Last will & Testament of Mary WALLIS decd Exhd at Feby Term 1832 & proven by the oath of Samuel SALYER a witness thereto Jeremiah LAND one of the Exeutors Qualifyed & ordered to be recorded.
In the name of God Amen I Mary WALLICE of Currituck County and State of North Carolina being of sound mind & memory and declar this to be my Last will and testament.
1 I request to be buried at the same place and in the same manner as my daughter Betsey was.
2 I request that my Executors herein after named will immediately send my Two negroes Arther and Willoughby to Siberia or some other place where they can be free and give unto the said negroes all the ballanse of my estate not given away by this will to set them up in the world wherever they may be sent.
3 I give my wearing apparrel to Betsey DUDLEY the daughter of Thos. DUDLEY of Gibbs woods.
4 I nominate and appoint Jeremiah LAND and Thos. L. LAND Executors to this my last will and give unto them the sum of fifty dollars to compensate them for any expence they may be at in carrying into effect this my will. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 4 of May 1830.
