Currituck CountyIn the name of God Amen I Lydia WATERFIELD relict of Reuben WATERFIELD dead being sick and weak in body but of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in the manner following that is to say.
First I give unto my Grand Son Divancey WATERFIELD one cow unto my Grand Daughter Louisa Ann I give one yearling and the balance of my property all in doors and out I give unto my Grand Daughter Lydia Bryant WATERFIELD and I also appoint James WATERFIELD my executor to this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the fourth day of September 1851.
