Currituck County Wills
In the name of God Amen. I Keziar WHITEHOUSE being sick and weak but in perfect mind and memory knowing that tis apointed once to die and after death to judgment leave with discretion of my executors to be buried in a christian like manner I give and desire that Peter DOZIER the Son of Philip DOZIER should have a claim of mine that decended to me from my Brother William ETHERIDGE that listed in the united State service that died in the fort.
Also I leave Philip DOZIER my executor to this my Last Will and Testament in witness wherof I set my hand and seal this 26th day of November 1823.
