In the Name of God Amen. Know all men by these presece, That I Jasper WHITE having my mind Thorough Do make this my Last Will and Testament Null and avoiding all Others.
First I give to my Daughter Leanora ten acres of Beach and Marsh Land. The Land is known as the WHITE pattern her Land to be Included where the House and Lot Stands She now Lives at
2d I Give to my son Charles A. WHITE The House and Lot where I now Live, with Twenty acres of Land in the WHITE Pattern on Currituck Beach near the Inlet also Eleven acres of Wood Land on Bells island and all of the Cattle and Horses now Called his in his Mark and Brand two Beds with Coverlets
for the remainder of my Estate all of my heirs to come in Equal in its Division -- The heirs, Viz., Leanora WHITE William C. WHITE Constantine WHITE Leon R. WHITE Jasper B. WHITE Addie L. WHITE Jas[per] C. WHITE and Charles A. WHITE after the above gifts The Balance of my Estate to be Equally Divided between the above heirs.
I also leave my Son William C. WHITE and Son in law William H. WHITE as my Execators [inserted line "to receive 2 1/2 percent"]
This Indenture made in year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty two The ninth day of September as Witness My hand and Seal.
