Mary White
July 19, 1852 - May Term 1855
In the name of God Amen. I Mary WHITE of the State of North Carolina Currituck County being sick but of sound mind & disposing memory do make & Publish this my last Will and Testament in manner & form as Follows.
Item I give & bequeath to my son Caleb WHITE negro man Tommy & should my son Caleb WHITE die without Lawful heirs, in that case I give said negro man Tommy to my daughter Elizabeth WHITE.
Item I give & bequeath [to] my daughter Elizabeth WHITE one bed & furniture second choice six head cattle one case? drawers two spinning wheals one chest first choice one Loom & stays? other matter attached to the said loom one third part of all my poltry to her & heirs forever.
Item I give & bequeath to [my] daughter Mary DOXEY one small bed & furniture to her & heirs forever.
Item I give to my daughter Francis OWENS Decd? child one dollar.
Item I give to my son Jesse WHITE one dollar? to him & heirs.
Item I give to my Daughter Lydia CAFFEE one dollar to her & heirs.
Item I give & bequeath to my son Caleb WHITE the Ballance of my Estate of every discription to him & his heirs forever.
I do herby constitute nominate & appoint my son Caleb WHITE Execitor to this my last will & Testament Revoking all other wills by me made in witness whareof I have hereunto set my Hand and Caused my seal to be fixed this 19th July 1852.

PROBATE OF WILL
This will of Mary WHITEs was produced in open Court at May Term 1855 by Caleb WHITE the executor therein named & proved by the oaths of John B. JONES & L[name smudged] WHITEHURST the subscribing witnesses thereto. and at the Same time Caleb WHITE the executor therein named appeared & qualified by taking the oath prescribed by law. ordered that the will be recorded.
