The Last will and Testament of Robert WHITEs Decd. was Exhibited at February Term 1837 and proved by the oath of Caleb ANSELL Jurat and ordered Recorded.
In the Name of god Amen I Robert WHITE of the State of north carolina and county of Currituck Being sick but of sound mind and do make and Publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form as follows
Item I leave my two canoes and all my sheep and colt to be sold by my Executors.
Item I Give to my Daughter Nancy BALLANCE all the property that she has in Possession that I Give to her.
Theretofore I lend to my wife Julia all of my Personal Estate during Her Life time and after Her Death to be Equally Divided amongst the following children Polly Lydia Catherine Julia Ann Charlotte and Dily Adria?/Aaria?.
I give to my Two sons John and Roberrt all my farming Tools.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint John B. JONES Executor to this my last will and Testament revoking all others by me made witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22th December 1836.
