In the name of God Amen, I Richard WICKER of said County being sick and weak but of a sound perfect disposing memory Thanks be to Almighty God for it. I do ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as followeth Viz.I give and bequeath my soul unto Almighty God who gave it me in hopes of a joyfull resurection through Jesus Christ my blessed redeemer.
Item: I give and bequeath unto my Son John WICKER the one half of my plantation and land whereon I now live being the southren part of the said plantation and land to him and his heirs forever and if he should die without such heir of his body I give the land unto my Grand Daughter Mary HOLSTEAD and her heirs forever, and the other half of my plantation and land I give unto my Son John WICKER and his heirs forever, and if he should die without such heir I give this part of my said land unto my Grandson Joseph HOLSTEAD and heirs forever also I give unto my said Son John WICKER four negroes Jack, Rose, Elsaca and Oen and his heirs and if he should die without such heirs I give the same negroes to be equeally divided between my four Grand Childrenn Mary, Joseph, Francis and Thomas HOLSTEAD to them and their heirs forever.
Item: I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary HOLSTEAD one young horse two ews half dozen pewter plates and one pair of sheets and all the remainder of my estate that I have not already given away I give unto my Son John WICKER and appoint him whole and sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament In Witness I have set my hand and seal this 20th day of November 1772.
