In the name of God Amen, I Fawnie WILLIAMS of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina, calling to mind the noncertainty of this life and it being ordained for all persons once to die, do make and ordain this instrument of writing to contain my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as followeth --

First, that is to say I recommend my soul to Almighty God that gave it and my body to be decently burried in a christian like manner and to what estate it hath been please God to bestow me I give and dispose in manner and form as followeth --

first my will and desire is that my Mother Soffiah WYATT should have the use of all my lands during her natural life after her decease I give all my aforesaid lands to my half Sister Nanny WYATT to her and her heirs forever, also one silver watch, also one horse colt, also one bed and bed stead to the aforesaid Nanny WYATT to her and her heirs forever.

I also give all the remainder part of my personal estate to my Mother Soffiah WYATT to her and her heirs forever.

I also constitute and appoint my friend Thomas MARCHANT and Nanny WYATT whole and sole executors of this my Last Will and Testament to see all my estate settled according to this my Last Will and Testament and as the law shall require as witness my hand and seal this 23 day of April 1795
