In the name of God Amen, I James WILLIAMS being in a low state of health but of a sound mind and memory Thanks be to God for it noing that it is appointed for all men to die, first to recommand my sole to God who gave it and my body to be barried at the discration of my exceters and the menner and form following.
Itm. I give to my beloved Wife Mary WILLIAMS the whole of my land wherein I pursess and I now live. I give the whole of my estate within and without dores to my Wife Mary WILLIAMS doreing her natural life, then to return if any thing should be left to Polly ETHEREDGE Daughter of James ETHEREDGE the Son of Willis ETHEREDGE.
This being my Last Will and Testement revocking all other whatsoever, I do appoint my friend James ETHEREDGE excter with my Wife Mary WILLIAMS given under my hand and seal this 19 day October 1793.
