The nuncupative Will of Joseph WILLIAMS dec’d was exhibited and proved May Term 1821.
On motion of Amey WILLIAMS to prove the nuncupative Will of Joseph WILLIAMS deceased Peter BRADY being duly sworn in open court on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God deposeth that Joseph WILLIAMS deceased on his death bed about the 7th of February 1821 declared that the property she brought to him at their marriage and that all the rest of his property should be divided among his children. This witness further swears that he does not believe the property belonging to the said Joseph would sell for Two Hundred dollars whereupon it is ordered by the court that this be filed and recorded as the nuncupative Will of said Joseph WILLIAMS.
