In the name of God amen. I William W. WILLIAMS of the County Currituck and state of North Carolina bening [sic] in sound mind and memory and calling to mind the mortalaty of the body that it is appointed for all men to die make and ordain this my last will and testament in manor and form following
Item I give and bequeth to my beloved wife Sarah WILLIAMS the farm where I now live together with all the buldings there on. also all my house holed and kitchen furneture of every discreption. also my horse and all my farming implements to gether with all my stock for [sic] every dicreption. also my half of a canoe that I and Mason PARKER bought betwen us in fact this is intended to include all I posess real and personal property to her and her hears for ever. I appoint and ordain my beloved wife Sarah WILLIAMS to be my whole and sol executar to take charge of my estate at my death and act acording to her best Judgement. this July the 20th 1868.
