Princess Anne Co., Va.
Feb. 11, 1875 - May 3, 1875
I Adelia WILLOUGHBY being of Sound mind but in bad health and considering the uncertainty of this frail life, and the certainty of death, do make this my last Will and Testament, to wit:
I give after my debts are Settled, to my Niece Vandelia Love GRIMSTEAD all of my Estate both personal and real, consisting of three notes against Littleton B. GRIMSTEAD, one of which of Fifteen Dollars bearing interest from January 1st 1876 and given June 22d 1874; another of thirteen Dollars and eighty three cents bearing interest from January 1st 1874 and given May 26th 1873; and the other of Five Dollars and Ninety cents with a credit of one dollar and Seventy five cents bearing interest from November 4th 1871 and given November 3d 1871; also a note against Joseph LITCHFIELD of Sixteen Dollars and Sixty cents bearing interest from January 1st 1873 and given January 15th 1872. I also give my bed and rocking chair to her, also I give her (Vandelia Love GRIMSTEAD) my right in the farm which was my fathers, of which I own one third; and She Shall be my heir of whatever falls to me hereafter. As witness my hand and seal, this 11th day February, 1875.

The last Will and Testament of Adelia WILLOUGHBY was presented in Court, proven according to law by the oaths of Nathaniel WILLIAMS and William W. BROCK, the Subscribing witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorded.
