The Last Will and Testament of Hancey WILLOUGHBY Exhibited and proved at February Term 1825
In the name of God Amen, I Hancey WILLOUGHBY of the County of Currituck being of sound mind and memory thanks be to God for the same, do make appoint and ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following. First I recommend my soul to almighty God and my body to be buried in a christain like manner at the discretion of my executors Thomas LEE after paying my just debts I desire for Thomas LEE to have the remainder of my property, if any thing left February the 21 1825.
