constable in Capt. Wintons District who entered into bond according to
Law, with George Blacknall Elias Williams, Benjamin M Perry, Jordan
Denson & Gilford Lewis his Securities- Qualified

proven in open court by the oath of James J. Foster, & on MOR-

age be bound to John F. Bryant who entered into Bond according to act
of aSsembly with Thomas Sharrington his security-

Ordered that a Tax of four cents on each $100 worth of real estate
including Town property & 26 cents on each poll be levied & collected
for the purpose of paying for building the jail-

Ordered a Tax of Sixteen cents on each poll & sixteen cents on every
$300 worth of real estate including town property for the purpose of
paying jurors be levied & collected & accounted for as other taxes-

Ordered that a Tax of four cents on each $100 worth of Real Estate
including Town property and Twenty five cents on each poll be levied
& collected for County purposes-

Ordered that a poor tax of seven cents on each $100 worth of real

acroSs Cedar Creek on the Road from Louisburg to Tarbrough returned
their Report- Whereupon Henry Rawls the undertaker was allowed the sum
of Twenty nine dollars for building the same ordered that the County
Trustee pay the same & be allowed &c-

A majority magistrates being on the Bench Amos Jones was duly elected
County Trustee who entered into Bond according to Law with Nathan
