In the name of God, Amen, I MOSES HARRIS of Franklin County & State of North Caroling being sick and weak in body thro Mercy of Reasonable sense
& memory & calling to mind the uncertain certainty of Death, do make and Ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner and form as followeth
Viz:
Imprimis. I give & bequeath to my son JAMES HARRIS one Horse Colt Named Ball.
Item. I give & bequeath to my son JOHN HARRIS one Horse Colt named or Called Black.
Item. I Lend to my beloved Wife ELIZABETH HARRIS, during her Widowhood, or natural life, my Land & plantation whereon I now live also four
Negroes (Viz) SHARPER, SARAH, REDICK, & HANAH. Household furniture and Stock of all kinds and at her Intermarriage or death I give and bequeath
the aforesaid Estate to my two sons JAMES & JOHN HARRIS to them and their Heirs forever to be equally divided betwixt by my Executors hereafter
named. Lastly I do nominate and appoint my two friends WILLIAM LANCASTER & JONAH ELEY my whole & sole Executors of this my last Will & Testament
Utterly revoking and renouncing all other Wills by me heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixt my seal this
Second day of February ano Domini one Thousand Severn Hundred & Eighty Six
