Will of Fanny Roberson Moore
In the name of God, Amen. I Fanny Roberson MOORE, of the County of Franklin and State of North Carolina, being in feeble health and of sound mind, memory and understanding, praise be God for the same, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following: I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved brother, William Rial MOORE, his heirs and assigns forever, one half of my land being the half lying west of a dividing line running parallel with my boundary line and containing the residence in which I now live, the remaining half I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved brother Nat. MOORE and sister Crucy WADFORD, to their heirs and assigns forever, to be equally divided. I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved brother William Rial MOORE all my cows and hogs and my house hold and kitchen furniture and all other chattels except so much as may be necessary to pay my burial and Doctor Hatch and expenses. I give, devise and bequeath, unto my beloved sister Crucy WADFORD all my wearing clothes except such as I have designated for my burial. And I do nominate, constitute and appoint my said brother William Rial MOORE sole executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all and every other will or wills at any time heretofore made by me and do declare this to be my last will and testament in witness of I the said Fanny R. MOORE, have hereunto set my hand, this 30th day of December 1890. Fanny Roberson MOORE, by mark. Signed, declared and published by the above named Fanny R. MOORE, as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us, who at her request and in her presence and have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto. John F. MITCHELL, J. M.
