To my wife SUSAN - lend to her all my land on the north side of Cane
Branch
during her life or widowhood; also 1 bed & furniture, 1 cow &
calf, etc, &
after her death or widowhood, my executor to sell all the property
lent to
my wife & it to be divided among my 4 daughters TEMPERANCE, SUSAN,
ALSEY & NANCY. To my sd 4 daughters - a bed & furniture each. The remainder
of land
on the south side of Cane Branch, & the balance of all the rest
of my
property, to be sold & then $25 to go to my son HENRY, $25 to my
son-in-law
JANCY TANT, $25 to my son-in-law MAJOR HOWEL, & all the remainder
