Suffolk, Va., March 10 – Hon. H. Clay WILLIAMS died this morning at 7 o’clock in Gates county, N.C., aged 62 years.  He lived at Willeyton, twenty-one miles from Suffolk. The funeral will take place at 2 o’clock Sunday afternoon from Kittrell’s M.E. Church.   The deceased had twice represented his county in the General Assembly of North Carolina, and was formerly State Senator and County Commissioner.  He was among the most prominent men in his section.  He leaves a widow, five daughters, and two sons, among whom are Mrs. Elisha CROSS and Hardy WILLIAMS, of Norfolk, and B.G.
