In the Name of God Amen BENJAMIN RICHARDSON being very sick but in his proper senses give to his children his Estate to JAMES RICHSON daughter NANSE give that parsel of land liing on the South Side of the Spring Bransh the rest of his land to be dvided betwene BENJAMAN RICHSON JESSE RICHSON ABSOLUM RICHSON when devided equelly JESSE Is to take his choice of three lots and rest of property sold after paying the dets is to be devided amongst all his children. Halifax County This will which appears to have been proved at November Session 1809 but was never registered was exhibited this Session and duly proved by the oath of MATTHEW GILBERT the subscribing witness thereto and on motion ordered to be recorded. Whereupon JAMES GILBERT the Executor therein named came into Open Court and qualified thereto.
