In the name of God, Amen!
I, James Cameron, of the County of Harnett and State of North Carolina, being sound of mind and memory,
but feeble in body, considering the uncertainty of the human existence, and knowing that it is appointed
of all men once to die do ordain and declare the following to be my last Will and testament, that is to say: -
I give and devise to my beloved wife, Mary E. Cameron, one sixth portion of all the moneys which may
appear to my credit in the several Banking institutions of Fayetteville, North Carolina, at the time of my
decease, together with one sixth part in value of all the other personal property, belonging to my Estate at
said time.
I give and devise to each of my beloved children, Mildred Cameron, Vance Cameron, McBryde Cameron, Enoch J.
Cameron and Marian C. Cameron, one sixth portion of said moneys, together with one sixth part of said other property,
to take effect at my demise.
And whereas, no one of my said children have reached the age of twenty one years, but are all minors, and
therefore, it is my will and desire that my beloved wife be, and she is hereby constituted and appointed guardian
of each of said children, and as such shall be entitled to hold in custody all of the property belonging to each
of said children, whether the same be acquired by the terms and provisions of this Testament or otherwise, until
said child shall have arrived at the age of maturity.
Finally, I do hereby constitute and appoint my said beloved wife, Mary C. Cameron to be my lawful executrix to
all intents and purposes, to execute this my last will and testament according to the true intent and meaning of the
same and every part and clause thereof, hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by
me heretofore made.
In witness whereof, I the said James Cameron do, hereunto set my hand and seal this, the 12th day of March A. D. 1906.

his request & in his presence & in presence of each other, do subscribe our names as witnesses thereto.

of W. E. Murchison & T. N. Campbell, subscribing witnesses.
