This cemetery is located on the north side of Raven Rock State Park on the north side of the Cape Fear River 
and nine miles north of Lillington. This part of the park is undeveloped and is used for hiking and bridle trails. 
Follow the bridle entrance, and the cemetery is 75 yards down the trail in the woods. 

A marker put there by the State Park reads: "Arnold Cemetery Circa 1860-1912"  
The only markers are large rocks and stones. No dates.

Aaron Thomas married Elizabeth Watts Harrington. Their daughter Mary Jane Thomas, born 1838 in Summerville, 
Harnett Co., N.C., married Abel S. Arnold,  born 1834 in Summerville, Harnett Co., N.C.
