Burrus, Benjamin Fulcher, Joseph Young were duly elected as overseers of the Poor of St. George's ParishWe, Josiah G. Jarvis, Richard G. Howard, Peters P. Spencer, Tilson G. Credle, Thomas S. Burrus, Benjamin Fulcher & Joseph Young do swear that we will faithfully and honestly discharge the duties as overseers of the poor of Hyde County to the best of our skill & ability.
