Feb. Term 1792 - Inventory of Jer. Allen dec'd., was returned by the oath of Zilphia Allen, adm'x.

Feb. Term 1800 - Richard Booty & Simon Alderson vs. William Booty to give new securities - Richard Bootie/Booty, petitioner, states that in the year (blank) Reuben & Jones Allen, orphans of Jeremiah Allen, dec'd., were committed to the guardianship of William Bootie with your petitioners as securities to the guardian bond.  Petitioners believe they are in danger in consequence of sd. bond and the sd. William Bootie being likely to waste the estate of the orphans.  Petitioner asks that a summons issue to William Bootie to appear at next term of court.

Nov. 25, 1800 - Summons to make known to William Booty, guardian to Reuben & Jones Allen, to appear in Court at Germantown on the last Monday in Feb. next to show cause why the guardianship of Reuben & Jones Allen many not be removed or give such new security and discharge the former securities, Richard Booty and Simon Alderson.  /s/ Ben.
