Nov. 27, 1798 - Phillip McGraine vs Bartholmew Dillin, executor of James Allison -- Summons for the Sheriff of Hyde County to take Bartholomew Dillen, ext'r. of James Allison, dec'd., and have him appear in Court at Germantown on the last Monday in February next and answer to Phillip McGrane on a plea of trespass on the case of his damage to £100.
