May 31, 1819 - Commissioners lay off to Delacy Arthur, widow of Abraham Arthur, her one years provision.  It states she has 4 children: Ellen Teresa?, Sally James, Loveyan, and Abraham John. The sum of $300.00 is to be taken out of the account Sales.  /s/ Robert Spencer, Solomon Jennett, and Thos. Smith.  This was recorded Jan. 12, 1831 by Special Order of Court [Why so long?] /s/ B. Will Book 4; May Term 1819 - Acct. of Sales of the estate of Abraham ARTHUR, dec'd, and inventory sold at six months credit this 16th of April 1819.  Various buyers included: Sollomon JENNETT, Delacy ARTHUR, Henry BISHOP, James LEITH, Thomas MASON, Cullum SMITH, Parker SWINDLE, Daniel CAMPBELL, Hugh H. FODDERY, and Israel WILKINSON. The estate amounted to $695.75.
