Feb. 25, 1833 - Administrator's bond for $300.00 signed by Wallace Styron, adm'r., and his securities, Robert Styron and William Quidley, on the administration of Moses Austin, dec'd.

Mar. 23, 1833 - Account of Sale of the property belonging to Moses Austin, dec'd., by Wallace Styron, adm'r.  Various buyers included Z. Gaskins, Z. Burrus, J.H. Quidley, Reuben Ballance, Levin Burrus, Amasa Simpson and Reuben Rolinson.  Total sale appears to be$126.18.  Account of Sales was returned into Court by Wallace Styron, Adm'r. at May Term 1833.

May Term 1833 - Petition of Jane Austin, widow of Moses Austin, states that her late husband died on or about Feb. 15, 1833 and that Wallace Styron was appointed and qualified as administrator on his estate.  She petitions the Court to have her one years provision allotted to her.  Commissioners who set off her one years provisions were Peter Brady, Esq, JP, Jabez Jennett, Robert Styron and Zach. Burrus.  They allotted to her $50.00 in provisions of corn, pork, flour, coffee, sugar & tea.

Aug. 26, 1834 - Sheriff's summons to have Jane Austin to pay court for costs of $4.05 involving a petition for her years provision.

Dec. 12, 1834 - Sheriff's summons to have Jane Austin to pay court for costs of $4.40 involving a petition for her years provision.

Mar. 16, 1835 - Sheriff's summons to Jane Austin to pay court for costs of $4.75 involving a petition for her years provision.
