May 31, 1802 - Sheriff's summons to have Capt. Josiah Rogers pay the sum of £40, 7 shillings & 8 pence which Colo. William Barrow, Executor of George Barrow, dec'd., recovered against him for his judgment and also £4, 1 shilling & 4 pence for the cost & charges.  The sd. Rogers shall render to Barrow the judgment and costs.  /s/ Ben Foreman, Clk.
