January 20, 1813 - Acct. of sales and Inventory of the estate of William Daily sold on a 6 months credit. Total sale amounted to a little over £2006. This inventory encompassed many pages. /s/ William Parmele, Executor

Nov. Term 1813 - Inventory and Account Sales returned to Court by William Parmele and ordered to be recorded.
Jan. 19 & 20, 1814 - Commissioners lay off to Elizabeth Daily, widow of William Daily, dec'd., a certain plantation that was seized & possessed by said William, lying on the west side of the Pongo River in Hyde County, it containing 12 acres in the township of Woodstock. Also another tract of land lying back or to the westward of Woodstock containing 160 acres -- part cleared & part woodling. Also another tract of land containing 180 acres joining & lying on Jordans Creek. They also set off 8 Negroes to Elizabeth--Reuben, Luke Lusinda, Ellen, Albert, Pilson, Simon & Wily valued at $2325.00. Elizabeth is to pay over to Samuel Daily the sum of $163.75
