Apr. 16, 1900 - C.F. Guthrie states that Marvin Midyett, late of Hyde County, is dead without leaving any will or testament and that he is the proper person entitled to Letters of Administration on the estate which is valued at about $150.06 and that the following persons are entitled as heirs and distributees thereof:
1) Mary R. Clayton
2) Britana Guthrie
3) T.D. Midyett
4) Eliza Weston
5) Cora Rue
6) L. Samuel Midyett
